Regular Inspections

Our guards are trained to complete regular inspections of your home as often as you need them, as required by your home insurance regulations.

During inspections, our guards will perform damage checks throughout your property, inspect your heating and cooling systems and ensure all doors and windows are closed and secure.

Reporting / Photos

For some added peace of mind when you are out of town, we'll provide you with regular progress reports and updates on your home.

We'll send you photos of your home and an electronic report that breaks down any services completed while our guards were at your property.

Lighting, Mail & Plants

We cover everything! From adjusting your lighting and drapes, to collecting your mail and even watering your plants.

Our guards ensure your home stays safe, secure, and well-maintained while you're away.

Are you a new homeowner? You can also use our services while your home is under construction. We'll send you progress reports and check for contractor presence on site.

Our HomeWatch program also works in tandem with our alarm response services. If your alarm is triggered when you are away, our guards will be dispatched to your home to check for any disturbances on your property.
